I am writing these terms as I go along; I therefore reserve the right to amend and change these terms from time to time without prior notification.

1. Transfer of Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual Property Rights for all work is passed directly to the client upon receipt of payment by way of cleared funds.

It is assumed that permission has been requested and granted for all elements provided by the client for the use of any design work i.e. if you haven't permission to use it – please do not provide it.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 For all projects under £500:

Payment unless otherwise agreed is expected prior to commencement of any project.

Completion of all projects under £500 is expected within 7 days and we request all materials required in advance.

2.2 For all projects of £500+

60% pro-forma Deposit
Balance upon Completion

2.3 Large Projects

For all projects with a timescale that exceeds one month, the project will be divided into monthly milestones, the first month of which is payable in advance.

2.4 Deposits and Retainers

Deposits and retainers are taken a month in advance, if projects are postponed for longer than one month, the deposit or retainer will expire unless otherwise agreed in advance.
